Why we exist
Management has a design problem
Most people do not leave bad jobs. They leave badly designed ones. Engagement has slipped while managers carry more reports than ever, and the usual fix, more training content, rarely changes the day to day.
Finance has GAAP. Aviation has checklists. Medicine has protocols. People management did not have an equivalent. CHAMPS® is that standard, and AscendiFyNexus is how individuals and teams learn to live it through coaching.
We sit inside the EquitiFy system. EquitiFy installs the operating architecture for organizations, the FLōDIFY learning system carries the curriculum, and AscendiFyNexus is the human side, a coach in your corner.

Dr. Baker is the visionary behind CHAMPS® and a guest lecturer at the University of San Francisco and UC Berkeley. His career runs through aviation systems, energy operations, engineering, and doctoral research, fields where a missing standard has real consequences.
He built AscendiFyNexus so the same rigor could reach the work of leading people, with a coach beside you rather than a binder on the shelf.
